The Mission of Prepare U
Prepare U was developed to provide a life improving universal mental health curricula for schools and students at their most critical developmental stages throughout North America. The program focuses on comprehensive mental health education which includes emotional literacy, self-regulation skills, consequences of unhealthy relationships, as well as supportive problem solving that helps build resiliency in students. Specifically designed to give educators easy to implement evidence-based experiential skill building programs while meeting and exceeding SEL social competencies, Prepare U continues to be a leader in guiding students to cope with life challenges more effectively.
